MICHAEL B. BERGER & ANTHONY J. LOGOZZO

Michael has been in accounting and finance for more than 25 years. He is a graduate of the Anisfield School of Business Ramapo College of NJ with a specialization in Accounting and Business Administration. Also, he earned an MBA from Rutgers Business School with a specialization in Supply Chain. Michael started his career with Federal Paperboard learning the processes of manufacturing. Throughout his 12-year long career, he worked up to become their corporate controller. After the sale Federal Paper Board, Michael was hired by a medium-sized accounting firm, and at that time he started to work with smaller companies. This opened his eyes that there was a definite need for basic bookkeeping. From that, Michael partnered with Anthony Logozzo to start their own firm called AMX Business and Bookkeeping.

As the firm grew, Michael started to add consulting services for ERP (Enterprise Recourse Planning). This allowed him to work with fortune 100 companies such as Loreal, Siemens, and other private companies such as IAB (Interactive Accounting Bureau), Kaysea, Cross Country Pipeline, Papp Iron Works, NJ Flexo Print, Hybrid labels and many others. Further, Michael has worked with nonprofits like Middlesex County College and Rahway Public Library.

Michael is a Certified Quick Books Pro Advisor and supports clients with installs, upgrades, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing company data files and custom reports related to each company’s need.

Anthony is a Certified QuickBooks Advisor, as well as earning his bookkeeping certifications in advanced QuickBooks. Anthony’s experience dates back to 2008 with a vast knowledge of the skincare and cosmetic retail industry.

Currently, Michael and Anthony provide specialized consulting services to health clubs and fitness centers that range from small studios to multipurpose facilities. Further provides customized management reports and guidance for operating the clubs such as: dashboards, cash flow analysis, financial statements, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), back-end software training (ABC Financial & Data Trac) as well as staff management training.

Anthony manages the client intakes as well as the marketing for AMX Bookkeeping. As a former business major, he excels in business operations and is well diversified in many technical areas. Some of his strong skills include data implementation and import/export logistics.
